Stand Up Paddle for your health and fitness! Join one of our classes and SUP your way to a healthy and happy lifestyle! We mix SUP with a fun, social exercise program consisting of paddle sprints, dune running, sand bagging and much more. Max of 8 people per class.

  • Saturday mornings 8.30am - 9.30am
  • Wednesday evenings 7pm - 8pm
